The National Disability Workforce Registrar Assessing Framework sets the benchmarks providers must meet to achieve and maintain certification. It is designed to improve clarity, trust, and accountability across the disability support sector by recognising providers who can demonstrate quality, compliance, and ongoing professional development..
The framework gives providers a clear pathway for verification while helping participants, families, and organisations feel more confident in the services they choose.
Our standards assess areas such as qualifications, compliance, documentation, training, professionalism, and service readiness, with higher levels requiring additional evidence where needed.
By aligning with the framework, providers demonstrate their commitment to quality care, continuous improvement, and recognised standards.
